We've successfully migrated operations of all sizes across Accra, Kumasi, Takoradi, and Tema.
Every case carries a release checklist, a full audit trail of who did what and when, and a chain-of-custody log from body-tag intake to final release. Cold-storage temperature logs are recorded continuously. Invoices include the Ghana VAT, NHIL, and GETFund breakdown, and management reports can be exported for accountants or regulators on demand. Regulatory submissions themselves (BDR, MMDA, GRA) remain handled by your team — Sankorra keeps the records clean and exportable.
Yes. Each Sankorra account runs one facility, but a facility can have multiple facility types active at the same time — for example funeral home + mortuary + chapel, or cemetery + crematorium. Each type unlocks the modules it needs. The Starter plan includes one facility type, Professional includes up to three, and Enterprise includes unlimited. Additional types can also be purchased as add-ons.
Families receive SMS and email notifications at key milestones and can pay outstanding balances via MoMo payment links sent directly to their phone. Sankorra reconciles each incoming payment against the right case and invoice automatically, so front-desk staff never have to chase receipts on WhatsApp again.
Sankorra is priced in GH₵ with no per-case fees. Plans start at GH₵ 1,200 per month for Starter, which includes one facility type and up to three staff accounts. Professional adds unlimited staff and up to three facility types. Enterprise is custom-priced with unlimited facility types and storage. All plans include free migration, onboarding, and ongoing Ghana-based support. Annual subscriptions save 15%. We accept payment via GCB, Ecobank, Stanbic, MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, and AirtelTigo Money.
